Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for every order to a destination available at checkout. There is no minimum order value for free standard shipping.

Free shipping means we do not charge a standard delivery fee at checkout. Import duties, taxes or charges imposed by a destination jurisdiction are separate and may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly says they have been collected.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated total delivery time is 15–20 calendar days after order confirmation. This estimate includes normal order processing and transportation.

A calendar day includes weekends and public holidays. The delivery estimate begins when we confirm your order, not when an item is added to the cart.

This is an estimate. If we become aware of a material delay, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and explain the available options.

Processing and Dispatch

We process orders after payment has been authorised. Processing can take longer when an address needs verification, stock availability changes or order volume is unusually high.

We will email the order confirmation to the address entered at checkout. Please check your contact and delivery details and tell us promptly about any error.

Tracking and Separate Parcels

If a carrier provides tracking, we will send the tracking details when they become available. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Products in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. If so, each parcel may have a different tracking number.

Delivery Addresses

Please provide an accurate recipient name, full street address, unit or flat number, postcode where applicable and telephone number.

If an incorrect address causes a parcel to be returned, we will contact you about redelivery. Any additional postage arising from an error in the address you supplied will be explained before redelivery is arranged.

We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been dispatched.

Delays

Customs checks, carrier interruptions, severe weather, holidays and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated period, email [email protected] with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and investigate with the carrier where appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed, we will discuss a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the product, packaging and shipping label. Email us your order number and photographs so we can assess the issue.

If tracking marks a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with people at the delivery address and your building reception, if applicable. Then contact us so we can review the carrier’s delivery information. A delivery scan does not prevent us from considering evidence that a parcel was not received.
